Product description
The EVB90642 is an easy interface between the MLX90642 and a PC (USB connection). The Evaluation Kit contains the following items:
- Full-speed USB demonstration board, pre-programmed with USB bootloader and demonstration firmware.
- A standard USB cable for communication with the board.
- 1 pc. MLX90642BCB (narrow FOV)
The EVB90642 enables OEMs to configure the MLX90642 IR thermometer for diverse applications. It facilitates experimentation with emissivity, refresh rate, and data logging. Once the optimized configuration is defined, low-volume can be built with the evaluation board; for high volume Melexis can supply specifically configured devices from the factory, ready to be installed into the customer’s application.
